A great step into the marketing world

Pros

The diversity of clients you get to work with allow you, as an employee, to figure out your strong suits and to work on a variety of projects in different industries. The supervisors and fellow colleagues are also there to help you whenever you need it. The inviting atmosphere makes coming into work / working from home a lot more enjoyable.

Cons

Very few cons I can think of - the main one would be, as with any client based work, sometimes there are points of few projects / slow periods that last a various amount of time. But when you get busy you are busy!

I have been working at Smithbucklin for almost two years and have enjoyed my time here very much! There are so many opportunities for promotion and growth as well as the ability to learn new things daily. There is a positive atmosphere in the office and when we are working remotely. It is great to have a flexible culture and the ability to ask questions to your team. I can't wait to continue to see myself growth at SB!

Cons

I think we have the ability to continue to update and modernize our overall processes. I am excited to see how we change in 2023!
