Pros

Great people and great traveling opportunities.

Cons

The PTO system sucks. Pay is really low. No growth opportunities even when/if you get promoted it’s just a title change no real change in the work you’re doing. Management is bad there’s no real training and if something goes wrong they like to play the blame game.
