Flexibility with work hours. Lots of interaction with peers despite of the pandemic.

Cons

No room for growth, pay is not conducive for the position. The salaries only seems to benefit those on the Director/Executive level.

I've held two positions and had a good experience with the people within the company. They are nice and laid back. Only experienced one manager who wasn't that competent. But if you have a bad manager you will work with other managers within other clients you can lean on.

Cons

It depends on the client you get, but with this position you can get stuck doing more if the client doesn't higher a professional within that area to handle the task. Not the best benefits and PTO. Didn't have a good experience with HR and my medical benefits. I ended up paying more out of pocket because HR and our insurance representative wasn't able to help me understand my plan. They value time within the company more than your work ethic.
