Pros

For the most part, they really give you the freedom/ability to be in charge of your own hours and the work you do each day. They also are very flexible with scheduling/time off when needed. They provide new employees with a lot of valuable resources and professional development opportunities--I learned SO much in a year. Also, they are really big on company get togethers and "swag" which is fun.

Cons

There was sometimes a disconnect in meaningful/necessary communication, role clarity and direction at times, which was often frustrating.

Pros

Great first job that allows for a lot of important work experience. Having the opportunity to travel for work is also really great. The team members that you work with are also really amazing.

Cons

Experience really varies based on client work. Salaries could be higher for the amount of work that entry level team members are responsible for.
