Pros

Strong team bond with my peers. Opportunity to travel often if that is of interest to you. The newish CEO seems to care and I hope he will change the company in a positive way. Room to grow your career with promotions.

Cons

Little to no training, no thought from management about your workload, disconnect between teams and lack of communication between different departments, VERY HIGH turn over company wide which means constant additions to your work load.

Pros

You will learn a lot in a short amount of time You'll know how to use a number of different softwares/platforms Depending on the client, you might work really closely with a manager or AE

Cons

-Literally no work/life balance -Everything is treated like it's life or death -Terrible management/staffing - so many teams don't have enough people and entry-level people are expected to juggle a really high number of tasks -Client leads seem to forget that you have 4-6 clients at a time and are consistently asking you to complete tasks last minute -You are consistently expected to work on your time off - sick days or PTO don't exist -Pay isn't terrible but it isn't high enough to justify how many hours you put in -Work load isn't re-examined until you bill 55+ hour weeks -Really high turnover (about 12 people have left in about 6 months, 2 of them were fired after only working at the company for 3-6 months) -Diversity is trash and nobody seems to care that SB is super behind in that process

Pros

Good experience for those who have just graduated.

Cons

Throw under the bus culture to the extreme. If something goes wrong be prepared to get blamed for it even though there's an entire team working on the same projects and reviewing them. They put a lot of pressure on employees for no reason. What's the emergency with associations that I need to be on email at all hours, even on PTO? Not everything is a fire drill. Get over yourselves. It's a catty office where people will pretend to be your friend and then completely throw you to the wolves if something goes wrong. The turnover rate is extremely high - there's a reason everyone is looking to leave. They treat you like a workhorse, burn you out and pay you nothing. The benefits are "on par" but my work is expected to be above and beyond for all 5+ clients that are all sending me "emergencies" to deal with? NEWSFLASH: sending out an email that you forgot to plan for is NOT a high priority. Maybe if everyone wasn't so slammed this stuff wouldn't fall through the cracks. Overall, I could never and would never work there again and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to work there. Stay away, kids.
