Pros

Solid company with a long track record of success helping clients and achieving string financial returns. Good work-life balance and leadership who are invested in making the company a place where people can thrive personally and professionally. The hybrid work model (M,T, Th in office) works well.

Cons

Like other large organizations, it can take a while to learn your way around. After a year or so, it feels much easier to navigate the matrix. They also offer a class in how to navigate the matrix.

Pros

You get to quit one day

Cons

The entire organization. I have never had the misfortune of working with such awful people, sociopathic managers, and idiotic leadership in my life. Everything said in the recent negative reviews is 100% true and the shared experience of everyone I know. This company deserves to fail solely off Matt Sanderson's pathetic "leadership".
