Pros

Wellness Week and Office Space

Cons

Was instructed to "work like a machine." Extremely high expectations for an unmanageable workload Employees are extremely stressed and overwhelmed, which can lead to being pitted against each other or conflict. Work is very unserious and unimportant for the amount of stress and emphasis they put on everything Upper management sits in meetings all day and often works from home or is unreachable during typical daytime hours; however expects associates to be available at all times to do their busy work with extremely unrealistic timelines. No communication with clients: multiple clients will have important deadlines, creating unmanageable workloads

Pros

You learn a lot and wellness week is nice

Cons

run especially if you’re in a client facing role in the creative, marketing or comms teams. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I went to a different company. I worked overtime my entire tenure. Many people (including higher ups) messaged me on my last day saying they were jealous of me moving to a different org. Severely high expectations with minimal resources and support. High turnover and burnout rates. Lower level employees do all the work for minimal pay. Company culture is abysmal. Majority of people are miserable.

Pros

Flexibility in modality (hybrid), opportunities for growth, access to several different teams and service units to learn from, good amount of PTO

Cons

High staff turnover. Employees are assigned to too many clients or projects and as such things fall through the cracks. Rather than hiring more staff, responsibilities are handed off to other staff members. Stakeholder and Board relationships with staff are sometimes contentious.
