Used to be an awesome place to work. Now..not so much

Pros

Great friends. Great co-workers - if you get on a good client.

Cons

Boys club. Dishonest management. Does not promote from within unless you are a part of the club. Low pay for work done. No work life balance - especially for women with children. People here are scared for their jobs and hate coming to work. Don't get me wrong - many work very hard. Just don't reap the rewards for the work. Just get more work.

Pros

Most of the people are pleasant and well-intentioned. I was fortunate to get to work with one of the best account leads there who genuinely cared and worked well with the team to advance projects and event planning.

Cons

The tasks I was given were way below my skill level. It was glorified admin work, even at the Senior Associate level. I had zero incentive to be passionate about my work or the clients I was working for. Cubicle land. Clique-ish environment depending on which client you work for. One of the upper level account executives also demonstrated inappropriate workplace behavior on multiple occasions.

Location and meet other young professionals.

Cons

Horrible salary. Management never approaches an issue head on, rather they talk about you to other co-workers hoping someone will confront the situation. The majority of management are down right lazy and push work off to the associates and coordinators - who essentially run the company's day-to-day work. Overall unfulfilling and not challenging.
