We are committed to nurturing an atmosphere of teamwork and fostering an environment that recognizes individual, team, and company needs. To do this, we encourage any employee to engage in an open discussion with their reviewing supervisor, HR business partner, or a senior executive to identify solutions or changes.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We acknowledge and recognize that our service model may require employees to work over the weekend and/or on recognized holidays in direct support of client meetings or events, either in-person at a client site, or virtually from a Smithbucklin office or from home. In these circumstances, employees are eligible for compensatory time if they meet eligibility guidelines as listed in our employee handbook. We encourage any employee who feels a struggle with work/life balance to engage in an open discussion with their reviewing supervisor, HR business partner, or a senior executive to identify solutions or changes. From time to time we do make exceptions for remote work and work schedules based on conversations between employees and reviewing supervisors.
