1. The company hires smart and talented people who care about the organizations they serve. 2. The company has gotten serious about diversity and it's starting to benefit all of us. 3. There's a reason why the company has a large number of boomerangs (people who leave and return).

Cons

It's a fast-paced environment, which can be a con for some. It is not a place for everyone.

Real commitment to developing its company culture and evolving Great place to learn and grow skills Surrounded by smart, capable creative people who are experts at what they do, and who are happy to share that knowledge and who support each other It's not for everyone - no place is - but for those who can handle a bit of controlled chaos, you will thrive

Cons

Sometimes intense, nearly frentic, work pace Often what can seem like competing priorities - it pays to triage quickly Some gaps in the onboarding process - which are being addressed The matrix structure can be a bit much for some - it's not intuitve
