Bad Work to Pay Ratio

Pros

The office is very nice. The week off between christmas and New Years is a nice perk. Operates as an “agency” which looks good on resumes. People are quite nice.

Cons

If you are in Marketing (MCS), especially at the associate level, you will be way overworked for a poor salary. I’m talking in the low to mid 50K range with work days that routinely go 10+ hours of non stop work under scrutiny at every turn.
