SB prides itself on the matrix model to efficiently support their client needs. What that means is you'll be given multiple clients to split your time, with the workload never quite matching the time you're able to provide. Deadlines are often changing, new technologies are slow to adopt, and staffs across the organization regularly complain of excess workloads.
