Pros

Local KC team had great culture, very supportive of one another. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Constant meetings and training calls cut into time needed to meet goals. Poor planning and unrealistic expectations made success difficult. Office is closing, creating uncertainty and instability for employees. Communication is poor and often very last-minute. Decisions made behind closed doors, with little to no input from those actually responsible for execution. Constant structure changes and shift responsibilities, leaves you confused and directionless.

Good people, decent management, a good atmosphere to work in. Great benefits, stable position once hired as long as you follow the rules. It really is a decent job. You won't get many days off.

Cons

Start out pay is lower, than average for this type of work, but on the upside, testing and hard work will allow for a significant raise in pay after about a year or a little more. You won't get many days off.
