Pros

An institution filled with engaging and kind people. My boss was genuinely committed to my growth within and beyond the museum. Beautiful location in warm weather.

Cons

My only criticism would be the lack of contact between different departments that I perceived.

Pros

Pay, benefits, and coworkers are all great pro's. But with all good things there is one major issue. Need to fill the 20 word minimum

Cons

The one major issue that really messed it up was on the admin side of the business. There is clear ageism and management is sit. They ruin it for what would be a great job
