Pros

Many of the employees are a joy to work with and it there is prestige in working there. Products are often top notch and the experience is mind expanding.

Cons

Somce middle managers are almost incompetent. Not all, but enough to make you wonder why such a great institution allows such poor performance when managing the asset of people.
