Pros

Interacting with visitors from around the world and helping to shape a positive experience in our extraordinary museum was a delight. Working with passionate museum staff across divisions was enjoyable as well.

Cons

Being a frontline staff member means that you were more likely to work on weekends and holidays vs. the ability to be off, that is of course depending on your rank so to speak.
