Pros
Helped me break into the industry when I had no experience. Gave me paid training, and found me a client to work for. They took a significant cut of the money the client paid for my first two years, to repay the cost of training and placement. From the 3rd year onwards, their cut was minimal. I consider it a fair deal. Trans friendly.
Cons
Not appropriate for experienced developers who can find work easily without assistance.
