Pros

Talented people you work with.

Cons

Higher management can often be a problem, especially HR. Promises are not delivered. Sudden letting go of people without last months salary. They will find excuse not to pay performance salary either.

Pros

Foot in the door with the gaming industry, great insurance, and easy work.

Cons

Management does not communicate. You must speak Chinese to progress up for more opportunities. Male Chinese employees are highly respected but no one else. The disconnect between China, and US teams is very real and their growth is stunted because everyone is afraid to speak up and tell the CEO the truth about what needs to be done.

Pros

Great opportunities to grow and get industry experience. Company very supportive with growth and development. Senior management (which has now left) was amazing during my tenure. Not sure how they are now.

Cons

Disorganized instructions coming from overseas ends up with long hours that could otherwise be avoided.
