      They don't care about you. You are not a person, you are only a number and they make sure you know that. There is no room for advancement there at all.

      Co-workers were pretty nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Little below competive pay. Hign turnover in my group. Work was offshored. Work was a little boring, not much challenge/new. Managers seemed very uncomfortable/scared to take on new things.
