Pros

Stable company, coworkers, and benefits.

Cons

Leadership listens to only select/funneled opinions & feedback to drive company roadmap versus allowing the data and customer feedback determine what’s next. Only select few are focused for advancement by management; it’s definitely who you know versus what you know. Pay is not up to average pay. I don’t feel valued. Made to feel like it’s a privilege to work here versus feeling appreciated for what we bring to the table. Not open to agile / modern practices. Can’t get things out the door because of failed processes & old ways.
