Pros

Great training, they make sure you know the system fully until you are out on the floor. You will be in a training room the first month of employment to ensure you are ready.

Cons

Unfortunately their base pay is quite low for the amount of work you need to do, you also need to hit your metric goals, not a lot of opportunities to ever move up or do anything different.
