Pros

Good pay if you can sell, top notch training, resources for help in every situation, flexible hours if you know what you’re doing, the clientele is very relaxed, if you aren’t that qualified you can still do well in this company

Cons

Management isn’t aware or in touch with their team, management can have unrealistic sales goals and are constantly changing the objectives. Very heavy workload to the SD’s and BM’s. Biggest of all is that your pay increases from role to role is marginal. Be smart and make the right move that is most beneficial to your lifestyle and will get you further. Management quite often tries to push you in roles to fulfill their need.
