Good Benefits and stable company

Cons

The human resources department does not deal with employee issues. Limited internal promotions. Many jobs are not posted for internal advancement especially in accounting.

Pros

Great benefits, stands by their employees. During the shutdowns not one single person was laid off and Snap-on continued paying all employees. They are supportive and provide assistance to their employees. They have great training to get you started. Literally it is the best company I have ever worked for. Large corporation but feels like a family owned style company, they care about their employees like family,

Cons

Absolutely ZERO Cons, as Snap-on is the best company I have ever worked for and it is why people stay after being hired. I know many 40+ year employees, once you start with the company you never want to leave.
