Pros

The brand recognition helps open some initial doors with clients. Product quality is decent in specific tool lines.

Cons

Toxic sales culture focused purely on unrealistic KPIs, not actual client value. Micromanagement is the norm — constant pressure with zero constructive feedback. No real training or development. You're expected to "figure it out" or fail. Commission structure is overly complex, opaque, and constantly changing — almost designed to avoid paying what’s promised. Internal politics are more important than actual performance. Absolutely no work-life balance; weekends, holidays, or personal time don’t exist if your numbers are down. Senior leadership is disconnected and only cares about numbers on paper, not people.
