Pros

Great Product, Corporate will be there with support

Cons

Regional Upper Management is biased, and is prone to Do as I say, Not as I do. Also, the Regional Management is in favor of pushing thier personal lifestyle choices and agendas, if you prefer not to follow a target is placed upon you, and you will change or be replaced.

Pros

most amazing job and company I ever worked for... had the best three years of my life and was the only woman in 90 yrs of snapon history to receive the circle of honor ring. They actually made me a scaled down version of the man's ring. I received numerous awards (as noted on my resume). I would work again for Snapon in a minute!!

Cons

The only down side that I faced is that I ran the route with my significant other and due to personal relationship problems we faced, I had to leave the route.

Pros

Great heritage. Snap-on has been in the same business since 1920 Designs and manufactures the finest tools on the planet - mostly in the US Innovation - Design - Manufacturing. No one in the tool business does it better Excellent Franchise System that still calls on Professionals at their place of business

Cons

Extremely long work hours are an expectation. It's truly a life-style more than a job Sales expectations get bigger every year. Bonus income started out strong, but diminished Company has invested heavily in R&D and manufacturing, but not in human resources.
