Pros

Set customer list, company pays all business expenses, fun promotions, opportunity for advancement

Cons

Cssr's are not considered important by management as their main focus is to help franchisee's, when questioned about ethics you're shrugged off ie"how do we handle theft?', trainers point fingers at mistakes rather than train to make sure they don't happen again. Bonus structure is confusing, new cssr's rarely have everything, if anything, ready to go on their first day.

Pros

Lots of autonomy and they let you run the store.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from managers who haven’t been in the field in a while.

Pros

Learning a lot and I have great colleagues. I have also managed to get more accessibility to work from home which is a bonus

Cons

There seem to be a bit of gossip issues in the office. Thankfully I am not in often so this doesn't apply to me very much. I also have found it difficult to progress in my career which I wish would be taken more seriously
