Pros

Strong Brand. Great Product. Lots of Freedom

Cons

Long Hours. You hit the road to be at your first shop around when they open. Usually they open at 8-8:30am. After you've completed your route, you have to receive inventory, clean truck, and complete daily reports. Long days, usually >10 hours per day but it's your store to control how many hours you put in.
