Pros

Dividends have always been there. Worldwide presents. They do give incentive based bonuses. Great brand recognition. CEO is very active in the Business process.

Cons

The benefits with respect to PTO could be updated. They don't seem to have a strong presents in Texas (southwest of US). Markets are getting more competitive. High end Snap-on tools are a hard sell in tough economic times. The pension is only for Snap-on employees not acquired companies.

Pros

Not up to current market, leaders trying to cut corners wherever they can just to get by until retirement.

Cons

Poor middle management speaks volumes.
