Pros

The job was not challenging, butsince I had a busy home life it was relaxing not to be stressed at work.

Cons

If the company could make a penny more a year by sacking you, they will. Genuinely terrible senior management, zero strategic planning. In the top 10 for the county for gender pay gap. The MD didn't even know what the gender pay gap was. Rampant and gross misogyny and racism at senior level.
