Pros

Pros: A job that sort of pays the bills

Cons

Hourly pay starts at $19. You’ll be yelled at and be told how worthless you are by franchises. They’ll buy food for everyone occasionally and brag how much money the company made over the last year. Considering the amount of profit the company makes they don’t pay their employees well. The insurance is expensive and doesn’t cover enough. The biggest Con is the mental abuse you will receive by the franchises over the phone

Pros

Well maintained, and clean facility. Friendly dedicated co-workers who would lend a helping hand if needed. Patient managerial staff, who put your personal safety and work experience before production. Seeking to get full potential out of every new hire.

Cons

Mandated shift change despite your work progression or ability to learn and make production. Lack of communication and what is expected of you as a employee. Not a consistent work environment due to lack of communication between supervisors. At one time felt singled out and targeted as if being mocked or made fun of by plant manager. Seemed very juvenile.
