Pros

Over $20 per hr if you are a blue-collar worker.

Cons

Six days / 3 weeks in a row is mandatory, and if they decide that you need to work 10 hrs shift, it will be required too. If you are not white, this is not where you want to work. Many favoritism and people without degrees must work double to get half of the management salary. P.S. Supervisors don't support employees.
