Pros

Fast growing company, lots of opportunity available and great co workers. Everyone is there to work hard and help out fellow team members. Definitely a work hard play hard environment.

Cons

More time on the phone than expected

Pros

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

Toxic culture. You’re a number, not a person. There is no meaningful investment in employee growth or retention. If you’re not immediately useful to leadership’s shifting priorities, you’re pushed aside. Compensation is not competitive. High turnover is the norm. Some departments feel like a revolving door. People leave constantly, and leadership blames the individuals and not the system. Feedback is ignored unless it comes from the few who benefit. You can deliver all the feedback you want and they will not address the toxic issue because that leader "performs well."

Pros

Working from home was great.

Cons

I shouldnt be this tresses out working from home. Changes are always made for them to save money and for you to miss a goal to hit your bonus.
