Pros

In the end there aren’t any.

Cons

Promises, never kept. Prepare to be taken full advantage of. Company considers employees as numbers not people. Not able to raise any concerns to management without fear of their retaliation. If you can get a meeting with your “director” prepare to feel worthless. They don’t even listen and you can clearly see they are working on other things during your time with them. Great motivator.

Pros

Work from home with no commute

Cons

Toxic work environment. Every good leader burns out and quits. Production staff (CSO and Estimators)don't get unlimited PTO but IT and management does. Constantly changing managers and team leads. Constantly making promises they won't keep. You never know who you'll be working for one minute to the next and everyone has a different idea of what's right and wrong. Claims are missing necessary info and one person will tell you to work it, while the next you get in trouble for working it. They don't respect the NY law for shop right of refusal and force you to ask shops over and over to change their mind even when you say it's illegal. Hit 3 million claims and the owner flaunted his 2.3 million dollar home in a video breaking a champagne bottle.
