Pros

Good pay and benefits The company has promise and should be successful Work from home

Cons

Nepotism is real in this company. One of the executives promotes all of his friends and those he has personal relationships with to high level roles and plays favorites.

Do NOT come work here!

Pros

There are no pros for working here

Cons

I will start from the beginning, Training was one week and none of it was geared towards my actual position. During the training, you could hear the woman’s husband talking very loud in the background as she was trying to teach the class every day. Once I was assigned to my team, I waited three weeks to obtain access to the system needed to do my job. There is now access, but we’ve received zero training on the system and have been assigned new claims to work. This company is extremely unorganized and I have no clue how they’re even still operating as a business . Diversity, is a joke! Its doesn’t exist here. Human resources will offer you about $10,000 more than what you currently make to get you here, they will lie and scheduling and many other things.
