      Good pay and benefits, nice office space, smart people

      Cons

      The culture drastically changed after Sridhar too over. They fired all the sr mgmt and upended the culture. Sr Leadership is going all in on AI which could be positive but they’re leaving behind quality and talent in the wake of their rapid decision making. They’ve laid off lots of talent and it’s become a chaotic and somewhat toxic environment.

      arrogance, some people played politics well, the acquisition team in the west was essentially converting on demand spend to up front contracts, not real selling
