- Tech is great - Process are there to guide you - There are lots of resources to make your work impactful

Cons

- 1st and 2nd line management is just a bunch of yes man - The culture is decaying rapidly with the excuse of "new" process - Higher management is now micro managing / lower management just want to align (Not challenge what's best)
