Pros
They are desperate to upgrade so if you are a data scientist or technical, you can easily get a job here. The culture is one of great desperation since they are losing core SQL workloads now to Databricks.
Cons
Constantly putting out fires, since Databricks is stealing their lunch for over a year. It forced a change in leadership, and the new CEO analyzes sales calendars and they are looking for "activity" metrics i.e. minimum 8 client meetings a week. Do not join them from Databricks, especially in sales roles. They will put you into the most competitive situations, churned accounts etc. for a Hail Mary. And even worse, their competitive intelligence and product people will try to squeeze you for info all the time
