      The SMB and Commercial org seems to be a disaster. As a former employee, i've become a refugee shelter for current employees looking to escape and get out of the org as the head of the commercial org seems to pick favorites and discard other employees as toys they dont want to play with anymore. They also seem to hire 50 reps where 5 will do, then make the 45 remaining feel worthless.
