- Near-comprehensive platform that delivers a significant impact for customers. - Excellent opportunity for self-starters to witness the future of technology in action and deepen their knowledge of modern technologies.

Cons

- Many sales managers create a toxic work environment by frequently reminding employees about job security concerns. - I was surprised to find that some sales managers regurgitate what they hear in webinars without truly understanding how the Snowflake solution works or provides business value. - The role demands long working hours and you may not be compensated for that

Very high energy, have to push to get things done, but incredibly responsive to "drivers" pushing ahead on the product and support functions, as well. Great place to roll up your sleeves and get things done!

Cons

A bit of turnover with pre-IPO folks leaving, but better now. Lots of teams bickering as the company matures, but also better than it used to be.
