Think twice if you are joining Zheng Mi’s org. Only way he manages people is managing them out. He is too political and never gives constructive feedback or help you grow in your career. Whenever you talk to to him about promotions he starts talking about how good he was and how he grew into his role. He thinks he is superior and his performance reviews are purely based on his personal bias. Talking of biases, he makes impression on his reportees and the curse will follow through out the career. He has made his career at snowflake only by playing politics talking behind your back. During quarterly feedback he says only good things and stalls the promotion. Unless you are joining Zheng Mi’s org it is a great company to work.
