If you have any sort of learning disability or mental challenge - don’t work for the sales department. Specifically the overworked, toxic expansion department. Almost all of the managers and certainly the VP have 0 patience nor empathy for anyone who can’t learn something the first time. Even better - they could care less if you put in 80 hours trying to get better. Really hope Keegan Riley can turn this department around. His first stop should be looking at his leadership. Never seen an organization that allows that many individuals to actually have a teaching role where they have 0 patience for anyone shy of a perfect learner.
