      Pros

      A post covid world makes it difficult to assess. They’ve been great about supplying work from home resources, support, time off, flexibility on work schedule, and genuinely want their employees to succeed.

      Cons

      The company is growing at a fast rate it can be difficult to put measurable systems in place to make sure we are growing in the right direction. Too many initiatives means nothing takes priority and that will make meaningful growth much more difficult.
