      It would have been a great company to join 5 years ago. The company is maturing and it plays in a competitive landscape between Google big query, Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure. Managers play favourites, will promise promotion opportunities but once on-boarded there seems to be a lack of opportunities to move up
