      - quarterly reviews: frequent quarterly evaluations lead to burnout and prioritize optics over long-term engineering quality. - hyper-competitive environment: The culture forces colleagues to fight for the best projects just to prove their worth, which kills the spirit of teamwork. - proposal fatigue: Constant pressure to 'innovate' by writing endless design docs and proposals is mandatory for everyone, leading to a lot of unnecessary 'busy work'.

      The team is collaborative and the direct managers are down to earth Compensation is in line with market and they offer some benefits (health insurance, RSUs, free food @ the office...)

      Cons

      Toxic environment and the company doesn't put any effort to control the bad apples. I'd say more: the leadership seems to have no knowledge around how to deal with the internal toxicity and awards the bad apples, demoralising the full team.
