      Excellent pay, lil bit of fun.

      Cons

      still in start up mode. Got no ethics or culture. Management will get toxic slowly. Very long hours. Management will ignore your hardwork if you dont highlight it. No feedback for org or management ever taken. Management lives in own world. You will be promoted if you agree with management at all times and dont question their decision or you should be coming from their known clan.
