      Depending on the team, they mostly hire nice people which makes work more enjoyable Good product and growing company I think they have the best benefits in NL

      Cons

      Depending on the team, they some times hire bad managers who only cares about their target, no coaching, no market specific strategy No commission granted as a start, you need to close deals to get money Very slow with in some areas of sales strategy such as marketing initiatives, partnerships or commission plans
