      Snowflake offers numerous benefits, including excellent offices depending on your location. The product is constantly evolving, adapting to market needs, and introducing innovative ideas that redefine excellence in the data and analytics space. Particularly in Sales in Germany, there is a strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues, and recent adjustments are making a positive impact on success in the German market.

      Cons

      Some members of the current Sales Team in Germany lack experience, and individuals who consistently miss their targets without showing any willingness to put in extra effort are still being retained by the company. To achieve success, it requires motivated and ambitious people who focus on delivering results rather than complaining. Those unwilling to take their work seriously should be terminated promptly, as it is demotivating to work alongside individuals who lack commitment. As our CEO said, we need worriers.
