      - There are tons of opportunity to do the best work of your career - We're a market leader, and it damn well feels like it - Ability to attract elite talent, and then learn from them is abundant - While others focus on us, we focus on our customers - Help each other be the best, this culture means helping others comes naturally and it gets noticed, I believe this is one major reason I could get promoted

      - Super fast paced, be prepared for that - No room for passengers, this isn't a place to sit and hide
