      Hardworking colleagues, learned a lot, get to work with cool technology! Good pay!

      Cons

      Mangers never worked a support engineering roles and are completely 'non-technical' and that led to some difficulties and often disagreements. I felt rushed and pushed for output. Expected KPI's continued 30% yoy - led to more competitive and less collaboration. AI expected usage was heavy.

      Excellent product. People really care. No toxic BS. Leadership refresh has been outstanding (CxO).

      Cons

      In recent past (2-3yrs) had become complacent, falling behind in releases and features. Leadership refresh has eliminated that, however. Some middle managers are typical middle managers. They are few and far between, but they do still exist (hire their buddies into levels that are supposed to be blocked to new hires).
