      Unbelievable product with an equally impressive team. Sales management is very fair and willingly to support the team in any way possible. Culture has stayed strong even with significant growth. The sky is the limit with this company and team in place.

      Pros

      Lots of things to learn, if you are interested in database, distributed system. As the company grows, you will get many challenging technical problems to solve. That's really excited for an engineer.

      Need more work to improve developer experience. Like 32G memory laptop, more guidances for newbie to set things up.

      After decades in the industry I have never worked under a Sales Organization that blatantly lies to protect managers. The managers are the ones making the mistakes not the individual contributors.
